Welcome readers! Today we are posting our first notice on what we do at Rowan’s Tavern. We wanted to share some highlights of what makes us tick. For starters I should introduce myself. Hi! I’m Rhett, and this blog will serve as my home. Here I will share all things books, random thoughts and reflections, reviews, and projects. I am a three-time novel writer, and Rowan’s Tavern is the starting point for me to publish my work.
My Projects
One of my first projects is a novel and it brings together some of my favorite elements of storytelling and world building. It will feature anti-heroes, political intrigue. Also, it includes elves that nobody likes, and dwarves that everyone likes, as well as some fantasy races often overlooked in popular fiction. The novel, or at least the series it titled “The Seven Kingdoms”. It seeks to explore a quiet world on the brink of ruin when a plague ravishes the countryside, birthing the emergence of three overlooked races that had previously been forgotten to legend.
Our Platform
Don’t worry though! This platform is not just here to prop up a single book. I intend to publish a number of books. We’ll be hosting unique events. I also want to develop immerse video games and board games. Hopefully creating something that can be a platform for truly innovative creators.
My first priority is making sure that those who visit me and give me their time and attention will get greater value for everything they give to me. I want to be a safe place for thinkers and dreamers. I want them to feel like they are apart of something. Whatever level of personal success I achieve is not going to derail me from prioritizing you, my community with my efforts.
If you are interested in joining me on my journey, you’ve come to the right place. Here soon I am going to fully launch this site. I will be making new posts every day, and working to develop a community that looks out for each other. Together, we will live in the present enjoying the gifts we each have. I hope you will join me on this journey as we explore fantastic worlds, and discover the deeper truths of what make life so rich.

At the moment, my images are provided by ChatGPT. I will be looking to create some of my own work as well as working with other creators, but I hope these images can serve as an inviting starting place. Anywhere I use A.I. I will tell you, and I will always seek to work with real people in place of A.I. as I am able.
